Ew, ew, ew, this sonic is nasty. The two guys behind the counter were looking at my daughter inappropriately & smirking to each other. SERIOUSLY?! They hire trash. Nobody had gloves on. We walked out.

Great service. Clean Restaurant. However, I will not eat at sonic anymore. They have the tasteless burgers of all of the fast food chains. I think the only reason people eat there is because of the various drinks they have. But, again the burgers needs some meat taste, spices, etc.

It's not just mediocre, it's SONIC mediocre. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood, or maybe I've had it with mediocre food. My wife had a gift card to Sonic, and since we were downtown for the St. Beer-day Parade (aka: dress like a green fool day) I figured why not? I mean, this Sonic is practically next door to Corporate Sonic, so it has to be the shining 5-star example of what Sonic can and should be... right? Well the establishment was NOT EVEN CLOSE to being packed or anything. Hardly a line at all considering it was noon, on a Saturday, and there were thousands of people in the streets for the celebration of green beer and public intoxication... We finally settled on a "large" popcorn chicken with medium tots and a Route 44 bucket of Cherry Limeade. Tots: Meh, I've had better. Seriously, there's basically no flavor or substance to these tater tots. No seasoning I could discern. I used to love fast food tater tots. No thanks. Even my daughter threw one of them on the floor. Popcorn Chicken: How can I best describe their breaded chicken balls? Bland? Dry? 70% Breading, 15% Chicken and 15% some chicken byproduct used to fuse the breading to the chicken? Slightly over-cooked and dry? Unsatisfying? Really though, I barely found any chicken in the food. Just dry, bland, crusty, unsatisfying dry crunch. Did I mention dry? To choke down the "chicken" we were given a single BBQ, a single Honey mustard, and no ketchup. Not even for our tots... The BBQ was uninspired and boring. The honey mustard had no mustard flavor to it, and was barely sweet. The Cherry Limeade tasted like carbonated lime peel and cherry stem. My wife took it back to the counter, and they made her a new one. Same nasty flavor. So they went to change out the syrup, at which point we learned they don't make it with Sprite and Cherry + "fresh" fruit anymore, they have some cheaper cherry limeade syrup. She asked if they could just make it with Sprite and they basically dismissed her. Like, 5-10 mins later we finally had a drinkable Cherry Limeade. So a fistful of breaded bread with a hint of chicken filling, some oily flavored potato substance, and a 10 min replacement syrup water set us back almost $8. I think next time I find myself with a Sonic gift card I'll hand it to a homeless person... Then again I don't know if I can be that deliberately harsh to a starving man. (Perhaps the drinks would impress me more if they were bottomless, but I am not super excited about watered down sodas.)

Went to this sonic today in Bricktown and while ordering my food I noticed in the back 3 employees were handling the food without gloves, when I asked the employee named Steven he told me "there hands are washed". Absolutely discussing I left immediatly you cannot handle food without gloves no mater what. I work in fast food and this bothered the hell out of me and his answer. Go here if you want your food touched with bare hands.

Sonic Drive-In food is so good. I love the food a lot. I wish I could go to Sonic Drive-In more often. But the nearest location to me is too far away. Sonic Drive-In is really bad when it comes to building location in the Bay Area in California. Sonic Drive-In needs to build more location in the California Bay Area. I miss have Sonic Drive-In food.
